2. Ensure reasonable, legal, and effective operation of quality;

3. Hold quality meetings and coordinate with relevant departments to handle quality anomalies;

4. Make a final judgment on the quality of the product and supervise relevant personnel to follow up and improve the abnormal quality;

5. Supervise and review quality weekly and monthly reports;

6. Review documents submitted by relevant departments;

7. Assess and evaluate subordinates.

2. College degree or above, good English reading, writing and oral skills;

3. More than five years of relevant work experience, familiar with plastic mold structure, injection molding, assembly, spraying processes and processes;

4. Understand ISO9001 & IATF16949, ISO13485 quality management systems；

5. Familiar with the five major tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP;

6. Familiar with the standards for plastic products (including peripheral products). Proficient in mastering product inspection plans, sampling plans, and packaging requirements, as well as applying statistical techniques to product quality;
