Leasing & Tenant Services Manager

- Be responsible for all marketing and leasing aspects of the community through achieving marketing, leasing and general administration
- Design leasing strategies and monitor yearly renew contract
- Negotiate commercial terms and issue the lease agreement and other related document.
- Develop, implement and supervise marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.
- Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competition in community area to better maximize rent and profitability.
- Keep up date with office market to improve performance
- Be responsible for mentoring the sale role with policies and procedures in alignment with company practices.
- Establish and build relationship with tenants, clients and business partners relevant to generating/retaining business and revenues.
- Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service support provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
- Experience in consignment area management or Tenant Service (Office Building) at least 5-10 years and Minimum 5 years in managerial level.
- Demonstrate integrity, initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, grooming and exercise confidence in all areas of performance.
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from tenants, customers and the general public.
- Have problem solving skill
- Team management skill
- Good computer skills in MS Office.
- Must be competent in both verbal and written English.
