E-Commerce Manager

• Driving growth for E-Commerce by strategically manage and execute the lead generation activities to brand official store in all platforms and successfully conversion to achieve growth target.
• In charge of E-Commerce operations from end-to-end to ensure a high service and delivery consumer satisfaction.
• Lead in campaign planning, execution and target setting in all online channels, plan demand with the investment budget provided for all online or digital campaigns.
• Work closely with agency partners to develop promotion plan and E-Commerce campaign to drive the growth of E-Commerce business.
• Develop and execute strategies for online advertising optimization to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or any related filed.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in E-Commerce, brand.com, social commerce account management of marketplace, digital marketing. (Experience in FMCG business is preferable)
• Strong analytical skills both front and back end data.
• Excellent understanding of customer journey.
• Business planning and organizing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a strong command of English.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment with a hands-on, can-do attitude and being a good team player
