ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือสูงกว่า

สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Control and manage worker solve any problems and report to manager accordingly
Receive work order from every department and assign to the worker
Training the worker to understand the job correctly and continue improvement
Taking care of machinery and equipment to be ready for use
Summarize and report daily job to manager
Check spare parts and report to manager
Taking care 5S in department
Anything the supervisor/Manager deems necessary

ควบคุมและดูแลการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมทั้งรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบตามขั้นตอน
รับใบแจ้งซ่อมจากหัวหน้างานและจ่ายงานให้เหมาะสม
อบรมหรือสอนงานให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในงานอย่างถูกต้องและต่อเนื่อง
ดูแลเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ในการทำงานให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ดีเรียบร้อยพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
สรุปและจัดทำรายงานการซ่อมงานที่ทำแต่ละวันเสนอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตามลำดับขั้นตอน
เช็ค Spare part ของเครื่องจักรต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
ควบคุมดูแล 5ส ในแผนก
ทำในสิ่งที่หัวหน้าแผนก/ผู้จัดการแผนกเห็นสมควร

คุณสมบัติ

Male / ชาย
Age 25 years old up./ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Industrial technology, Mechatronic
Experience in maintenance 2 years up / มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานซ่อมบำรุง 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
Knowledge in safety / มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
Knowledge in work shop and solve / มีความรู้ในเชิงปฏิบัติและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหางานซ่อมบำรุงได้
Leadership skill / มีคุณลักษณะของการเป็นผู้นำ
