Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 tools (such as Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot) and AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, custom AI solutions).
- Develop training materials that clearly demonstrate how AI can complement and enhance Microsoft 365 products to improve business workflows.
- Help businesses understand how AI can solve specific business challenges, such as automating tasks, improving decision-making, and driving innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and Microsoft 365 advancements, continuously updating training content to reflect the latest developments and best practices.
- Adapt training sessions for diverse audiences, from non-technical users to advanced business professionals, ensuring everyone understands how to implement AI and Microsoft 365 in their daily operations.
- Utilize storytelling to break down complex technical topics into relatable, real-world scenarios that resonate with end users.
- Gather feedback from participants to continually improve training materials and techniques, ensuring relevance and impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering training on Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power BI, Copilot, etc.) and AI technologies (ChatGPT, custom AI).
- Deep understanding of how AI can be integrated with Microsoft 365 to create new business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain both AI and Microsoft 365 concepts in a way that is simple and engaging for non-technical users.
- Ability to develop creative, hands-on training materials and real-world use cases that show the practical value of AI and Microsoft 365.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning, with a focus on staying updated with the latest AI and Microsoft trends.
- Experience in both online and offline training environments.
