Responsibilities
• Implementation, Investigate and support Microsoft Product Services.
• Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft Product Services.
• Strong, hands-on experience with one of the following services such as Microsoft Infrastructure, AD DNS DHCP, CA (PKI), Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure, Desktop Management, Mobile Devices Management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while monitoring and maintaining environment stability.
• Configuration, performance monitoring, maintenance, and security management relating to Microsoft Identity.
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities.
