หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

รายละเอียดงาน

1. Execute, operate and analyses production processes and workflows specific to process, milk tablet, and filling & packing operations, implementing improvements

2. Train, guide and mentor production teams in respective areas to build skills, ensure high performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

3. Coordinate and liaise with the Center of Excellence team to ensure production activities meet regulatory and quality standards and documentations as needed within the specific production areas.

4. Execute and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

5. Liaise and coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, and procurement, to align production activities in the specialized areas with overall business goals and resolve any issues that may arise.

6. Execute, Analyse and document budgets for the specific production areas, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.

7. Analyse and execute new technologies and systems to enhance production capabilities, driving innovation and operational excellence.

วันเวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์) 08.00-17.00 น.

คุณสมบัติ

Male, age not exceeding 33 years.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
Fresh Graduate 5 years of experience in manufacturing and production within the FMCG sector is preferable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Thai.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to analyses complex data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge in ERP systems is a plus.
