หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- ประสานงานและSuport ผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Application / Web Application / Mobile Application

- สนับสนุนทีมในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม Application / Web Application / Mobile Application

- ประสานงานระหว่างทีมพัฒนากับผู้ใช้งานและแผนกอื่น ๆ

- มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนและออกแบบการทดสอบโปรแกรม Application / Web Application / Mobile Application รวมถึงการเขียนและการดำเนินการทดสอบตามสคริปต์

- ติดต่อประสานงานและเก็บความต้องการจากผู้ใช้งานและแผนกอื่นๆ

- ติดตามผลการใช้งานและจัดเก็บข้อมูลของปัญหาที่พบเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Application / Web Application / Mobile Application

- จัดทำคู่มือและสื่อการสอนของโปรแกรม Application / Web Application / Mobile Application

- จัดอบรมผู้ใช้ให้สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Application / Web Application / Mobile Application ได้อย่าง เหมาะสม

- งานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

สถานที่ทำงาน: บริษัททิตารามฯ เลขที่ 9/89 ซอยรัชประชา3 ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงลาดยาว เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพฯ 10900 (MRTวงศ์สว่าง+ต่อวิน)

วันและเวลาทำงาน:

- วันจันทร์-วันศุกร์ และวันเสาร์เดือนละ 1 เสาร์

- เวลาทำงาน 08.00 – 17.00 น.

คุณสมบัติ

ไม่จำกัดเพศ
อายุ 25-35 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส ถึง ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีทักษะการพูดสื่อสารเเละสามารถประสานงานกับทีม Dev ได้
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Application ด้าน HR
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
