- Create and Maintain Design Documentation: Develop and keep detailed design documents to guide project development.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with designers, programmers, and other stakeholders to refine mechanics that enhance player immersion and satisfaction.
- Prototype Unique Gameplay: Innovate and prototype engaging gameplay experiences.
- Develop Storylines: Craft intricate storylines that captivate players.
- Design and Implement Quests: Create compelling quests and ensure their effective implementation.
- Ensure High-Quality Gameplay: Maintain the highest standards of gameplay quality throughout development.
- Gameplay Theory Expertise: Deep understanding of gameplay theory and best practices.
- Experience with Modern Design Tools: Proficient in using contemporary tools for designing gameplay scenarios.
- Conduct Play Tests: Ability to run play tests, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
- Strong Communication Skills: Self-motivated team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Passion for Games: A genuine love for creating and playing games.
