3.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
4.Oversee the platform’s presence in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
5.Should have a deep understanding of customers and the market. Trust and strong relationships must be built with key customers that both buyers and sellers feel comfortable with in a long-term partnership.
6.Create long - Term agreements and understandings with interested customers.
7.Plan and set goals that are appropriate to the needs of customers and the organization. Using an understanding of the market and competition.
8.Manage conflicts or problems that occur with customers and create good relationships with customer needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution
1.Develop a sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, focusing on small to medium enterprises
2.Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
3.Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into paying customers through consultative selling and value-based presentations.
4.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships.
5.Collaborate with the customer success team to improve client onboarding, reduce churn, and increase upsell opportunities.
6.Must predict and analyze trends in the industry and market to determine appropriate strategies.
7.Supervise and participate in managing the sales and marketing teams to support key customers.
8.Create opportunities to expand business with important customers and grow your business.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
1.Work closely with product and development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
2.Partner with the finance team to develop accurate sales forecasts and set achievable revenue goals.
3.Regularly monitor KPIs and report on the performance of marketing and sales campaigns to stakeholders.
4.Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.
5.Communicate effectively and clearly with customers and within the organization.
6.Must work with the sales team, marketing team, and other functions in the organization to provide holistic customer service.
