Key Responsibilities of an Operating Assistance Manager :1. Support Operational Leadership:
Assist the COO in developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee daily operations to ensure that processes run smoothly and meet performance standards.
Help in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify areas for improvement.
Prepare essential data and summary reports for the COO.
2. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Facilitate communication between the COO and department heads.
Work closely with Lead teams such as programer, finance, HR, marketing, and operations to align departmental goals.
3. Project and Process Management:
Manage and coordinate large-scale projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
Oversee and track the progress of projects under the COO’s responsibility.
Create project timelines and coordinate with teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Ensure consistency and quality in operational practices across all departments.
4. Strategic Support:
Assist the COO in analyzing data and preparing proposals for strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research and analyze operational data to inform strategic decisions.
5. Administrative and General Management:
Prepare meetings, draft agendas, and record key meeting minutes.
Oversee the preparation of important documents and ensure the timely delivery of information to the COO.
