• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development and software testing, to meet project objectives.
• Act as a leader between teams in (Thailand and Japan), facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular meetings to track project milestones and align with business goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to project team members.
• Oversee software testing processes to ensure the reliability and performance of developed applications.
• Continuously improve project workflows and operational procedures.
• Report project status and key updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficient in software development with extensive hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and optimizing programs across multiple languages and platforms
• Proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and operational execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in IT/software development, cybersecurity, AI-related projects, or software testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.
• Experience working with overseas teams and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with technologies such as C++, C#, JavaScript, React, Typescript
• Knowledge of OS platforms like Windows and Linux.
• Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, PHP, ASP.NET).
• Ability to use WordPress, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
