1. According to the department work plan, responsible for writing, improving and supervising the implementation of product quality control plan QCP;
2. Responsible for handling, analyzing and tracking the correction of responsible departments in process quality issues and verifying the effectiveness of measures;
3. Responsible for preparing, improving and supervising the implementation of process, product inspection specifications and related work instructions SIP;
4. Leading the improvement of quality projects, such as leading the development and closing of QCC, quality KAIZEN/CI projects.
5. Responsible for guiding and training process inspection and QC work;
6. Responsible for environmental control of production process and environmental management of products (RoHS/REACH);
7. Handling customer quality complaints; assisting customer audits.
8. Responsible for the statistics and analysis of process quality data SPC work, and completing process quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.);
9. Participate in the formulation, review and modification of PFMEA; participate in the review of process documents such as CTQ key process SOP.
10. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Education: College degree or above, science and engineering background such as electronics and machinery.
2. Experience: 3 years or above QE Working experience, familiar with electronic product process flow and ISO Quality management system.
3. Skills: Proficient in using office software (EXCEL，WORD,PPT)，master QC Seven techniques, 8; D，5WHY And other skills.
4. Communication: Good listening, speaking and reading skills in Chinese and Thai (or Chinese + English), good communication and coordination skills.
5. Personality: Strong initiative, team spirit, have certain ability to withstand pressure.
1.Education: College degree or above, electronics, mechanics and other science and engineering background.
2.Experience: 3 years or more of QE work experience, familiar with electronic product process and ISO quality management system.
3.Skills: Proficient in office software (EXCEL, WORD, PPT), master the seven QC techniques, 8D, 5WHY and other skills.
4. Personality: Strong initiative, team spirit, and certain stress resistance.
