1. Fully responsible for the team’s operation management in warehouse inbound and outbound processes, ensuring all operational metrics are met.
2. Collaborate with the customer service team to promptly verify and address complaint tickets, enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor employee productivity and operational costs, being accountable for both.
4. Responsible for team building and talent development.
5. Familiar with advanced warehouse management models: information systems, automation, and pull-based lean operations.
1. Associate degree or higher; fluent in Thai plus Chinese or Thai plus English, in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Over 3 years of experience in logistics warehousing or warehouse management in large manufacturing enterprises; hands-on experience with WMS and automated logistics systems is preferred.
3. Strong analytical, logical judgment, and communication skills; good organizational, coordination, and planning abilities.
4. Team player with crisis management capabilities.
5. Able to work under significant pressure.
