Exception handling:
1.Handle all kinds of abnormal processes in the production line and formulate improvement measures;

2.Analyze the defective products produced in the production line every day, and formulate improvement measures;
3.Organizational projects to improve major or persistent deficiencies;
4.Formulation of rework process and improvement measures related to customer complaints
New product follow-up:
1.Track new product trial production and output trial production problems to NPE， Follow up the shutdown of trial production issues;
2.Assist new hires in NPI Training
1. Skillful use of data analysis software and tools, ability to collect, analyze and interpret data, able to conduct statistical analysis and root cause analysis
2. Capable of project planning and execution, able to formulate detailed improvement plans and effectively promote project implementation.
3. Possesses project planning and execution abilities, capable of developing detailed improvement plans and effectively driving project implementation.
