Sales Coordinator

- Assist in tracking and managing leads, follow-ups, and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Support the creation of customized client proposals, contracts, and presentations, tailored to data analytics solutions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records for sales tracking, performance reporting, and forecasting.
- Coordinate sales meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure sales efforts align with client requirements and company offerings.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the data analytics space.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads for our advanced data-driven solutions.
- Coordinate client engagement activities, including webinars, demos, and client events.
- Assist in scheduling and managing client communications to support ongoing business development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Work closely with marketing to ensure all sales materials align with our brand messaging and client needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to the execution of analytics projects.
- Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing internal reports.
- Assist in preparing internal performance reports and dashboards to track sales progress and key metrics.
- Organize and maintain sales-related documentation and files for easy access by relevant stakeholders.
Content Creation for Client Presentations
- Use tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics, slides, and marketing materials for client presentations.
- Edit and produce engaging videos using CapCut to highlight key data insights and showcase solutions in a compelling format.
- Ensure all graphics and videos align with Hashed Analytic’s brand and are tailored to effectively communicate complex data solutions.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a Sales Coordination, Business Development, or similar role. Experience in technology, SaaS, or data analytics is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Project Management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with Canva for creating graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Experience with CapCut or other video editing tools to produce content for client-facing presentations is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data analytics concepts is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Able to communicate in Thai and English fluently.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate challenges and act independently.
