• Develop & apply knowledge of products & services
• Active marketing for 3D Printers (metal & polymers plus additives)
• Active marketing for automation projects
• Active marketing for robotics projects
• Prepare quotations
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Customer visit and presentation with live hardware demos
• Customer management from order to delivery and beyond, being first point of contact for the customers
• Address customer objectives / needs and requirements, recommend solutions and link customer objectives to the product’s benefits, the company's solution and competitive advantage
• Represent the company to customers with professional, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish long-term relationships with them
• Sale forecast & actions
• Be aware of competitor activities and identify relevant threats and opportunities.
• Cooperating with other involved departments
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field;
• alternatively extensive sales expertise in related fields
• 3+ years of experience in the field of automation / Industry 4.0
• Active marketing for 3D Printers (metal & polymers plus additives)
• Experience in CNC machining of advantage
• 3+ years sales experience with proven track record
• Close relationships / network either with companies in suitable industry sectors or with universities & other educational institutions
• Strong communications & presentation skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Highly motivated with good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable to work in teams and alone
• Good command in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in Thai is a must
• Willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight
• Computer (MS office) skills
• Driving license
