1. IT Strategy and Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
2. IT Operations and Infrastructure
Oversee the management and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and scalability.
Ensure the reliability and availability of IT services, meeting performance and continuity objectives.
Enforce IT policies, regulations, and processes across the organization.
3. Technology Innovation
Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes and enhance business value.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of software, hardware, and cloud solutions to improve system efficiency.
4. Cybersecurity and Risk Management
Develop and oversee the implementation of a robust cybersecurity framework to protect critical data and systems.
Manage IT risks by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures to mitigate threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry’s best practices.
5. Team Leadership and Development
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop the capabilities and performance of IT managers and teams by setting clear goals and promoting career growth opportunities.
6. Budget and Vendor Management
Develop and manage the IT department’s budget to ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and the management of external IT service providers.
7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with other departments to ensure IT projects align with organizational priorities.
Communicate with senior executives to provide updates on IT projects, risks, and opportunities.
8. Project Management
Oversee large-scale IT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and aligned with business needs.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.
1.least 10 years of experience in IT management, including a minimum of
5 years in senior executive roles.
2.Proven track record of managing IT systems, infrastructure, and leading
digital transformation projects.
In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies,
and cybersecurity.
