1.Customer Support & Communication:
-Create Draft MBL/HBL on systems and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and Verified Gross Mass (VGM) on carrier systems.
-Serve as the primary contact for customers inquiring about freight shipments, including status updates, rates, and delivery schedules.
-Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding logistics, shipping solutions, and any issues or delays.
-Resolve any customer complaints or service issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
2.Shipment Coordination:
-Coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring that shipments are booked, routed, and scheduled effectively.
-Collaborate with various departments, including operations, customs, and carriers, to ensure seamless transportation and delivery.
-Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
3.Documentation Management:
-Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations, and import/export documentation.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
