We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Consulting Associate to support our HR consulting projects. This role combines project coordination, client communication, and hands-on consulting tasks, offering an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:
 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients to gather and understand their initial HR consulting needs via the company’s communication channels.
 2. Prepare and customize project proposals that align with clients’ objectives and requirements.
 3. Support the consulting team in project execution, including planning, coordinating tasks, and occasionally leading specific project components (e.g., providing initial consultation and setting up basic systems).
 4. Facilitate communication between clients and the consulting team during project execution, ensuring timely responses and efficient collaboration.
 5. Manage project timelines and track progress, ensuring all tasks are completed within scope and deadlines.
 6. Maintain detailed project records and provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
คุณสมบัติ
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  A proactive and solution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  •  Must have knowledge and experience in HR-related work, including project management in HR.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
