Job Summary

The Project Manager - Construction will play a key role in managing hotel construction projects by overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution in line with industry standards.

This role involves coordinating with all stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, internal teams, and hotel operators, to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the construction process of hotel projects, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards.

- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, consultants, and operators to ensure project requirements are met.

- Monitor and control the construction schedule, cost, and resources to achieve project objectives.

- Ensure the construction work complies with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Manage and oversee site progress, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project.

- Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them to avoid delays or cost overruns.

- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- นำและบริหารกระบวนการก่อสร้างโครงการโรงแรมให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสูงสุด

- ประสานงานกับแผนกภายใน ผู้รับเหมา ที่ปรึกษา และผู้ดำเนินงานโรงแรม เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด

- ควบคุมและติดตามตารางเวลา ค่าใช้จ่าย และทรัพยากรในการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของโครงการ

- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่างานก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านการออกแบบ กฎหมายอาคาร และกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย

- ควบคุมดูแลความคืบหน้าของงานก่อสร้างภายในไซต์งานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในโครงการ เพื่อป้องกันความล่าช้าหรือค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกินจากงบประมาณ

- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการและนำเสนอให้กับผู้บริหารและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติ

- aged 30-45 years.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, etc.).

- Candidates with experience working in Phuket or managing hotel construction projects in the area will be given special consideration.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve conflicts on-site.

- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate between various teams and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in construction project management software, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา การบริหารงานก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้านการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง โดยเฉพาะโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ท

- หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในจังหวัดภูเก็ต หรือบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างโรงแรมในพื้นที่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการก่อสร้าง กฎหมายอาคาร และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรม

- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ให้แล้วเสร็จตามเวลาและงบประมาณที่กำหนด

- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นหน้างานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี เพื่อประสานงานระหว่างทีมงานและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง

- มีความสามารถในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์บริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง เช่น MS Project, AutoCAD หรือโปรแกรมอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
