Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Record to Report

Responsibilities

· Prepare and process month-end journals, perform month end closing and reporting activities, manage stake-holders communications for any exceptions, deviations issue resolutions.

· Responsible for General ledger including GL reconciliation, Revenue/inventory/cost/intercompany accounting, Accruals/ provisions/ pre-payment accounting, trial balance and preliminary financial statements preparation, Period end activities, IA continuous monitoring etc.

· Responsible for Fixed asset accounting including Projects & Work Orders set up, Cost Accumulation, Asset book/tax record creation, depreciation calculations, asset depreciation, retirement/ impairment value/ sale & trade of asset recording etc.

· Responsible for Cost and revenue allocation/ accounting including allocation set up, Cost Analysis, Maintenance of costing sheets, allocations into cost pool, Cost computations (e.g., allocation %s) and validation of allocation entries, Revenue Recognition Accounting, Month end and year end close entries etc.

· Independently perform tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.

· Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

· 4-6 years of relevant work experience on RTR activities

· Strong Thai language skills (verbal and written)

· Good English language skills (verbal and written)

· Preferrable experience of working in Microsoft Dynamic 365, SAP, S4HANA, Oracle

· Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have

· Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with external and internal stakeholders
