● Evaluate and design the company’s compensation packages and bonus programs that
align with the company’s strategic plans
● Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and
procedures
● Ensure salaries, benefits and contracts are in alignment with current legislation and will
be competitive
● Structure the compensation in a way that yields highest value for organization
● Lead the payroll team with regards to monthly payroll calculations and issuing contracts
for promotions and new hires
● Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
● Preparing budgets, reports support management and presentations
● Update the existing SOPS to align with local regulations and global headquarters
