Oversea Procurement Officer

New product (FMCG – Own Brand Development & Distribution to Convenience Stores & Modern Trade)

1. Source and select quality international suppliers that align with the company’s requirements.
2. Negotiate pricing, order terms, and contract conditions to optimize company benefits.
3. Coordinate the import process, including preparing and managing required documentation.
4. Monitor purchase orders and resolve any issues in the procurement and importation process.
5. Analyze market trends and product demands to improve procurement strategies.
6. Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product availability according to schedule.
7. Prepare procurement reports and analyze cost structures.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or importation, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement and import processes, including documentation and customs regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
