บริษัท ล้อพูนผลไรซ์มิลล์ จำกัด- Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and versatile HR to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, be skilled in graphic design, photography, and video production, and possess a solid background in internal communication.Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Assist in various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for internal communications, employee engagement activities, and HR-related materials. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PS, AI or similar is required.
- Photography & Videography: Take high-quality photos and produce engaging videos; capcut for internal communications, including company events, training sessions, and promotional materials.
- Internal Communication: Develop and manage internal communication channels to ensure effective dissemination of information. Craft compelling content for newsletters, announcements, and other internal communication initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Support HR projects and initiatives with administrative assistance and coordination, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and reporting on progress.
- Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Be an HR Internal Communication thru all companies under LPP Group.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related role with a solid understanding of HR processes.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience in photography and video production, capcut with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
Plant Visit
- Working Location : at BKK Office closed to BTS Phaya-Thai
- Be able to plant visit at Nakhonsawan(NSN) at least once a month.
