1. Develop, improve, invent new products
2. Do testing and development Alternate raw material sources and reducing the cost of raw materials
3. Support work and solve problems in the production process.
• Male/Female age 25 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry or related field.
• At least 1- 3 year experience working in Paints – Coatings industry
• Strong communication skill and team work ability.
• In-depth problem solving ability and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
