หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Maintain general work around the night time 21.00 -08.00 hrs.
Providing a welcoming and facilitating service for guests and those who come to contact, providing information, solving immediate problems, helping customers and acting as a cashier.
Coordinate within the department, between departments, and external service providers involved in customer service.
Effectively communicate with customers through various channels as per department requirements.
Understand and give importance to regularly updating knowledge about hotel products and services. Able to train and teach staff in the department.
Able to perform other duties as assigned.

Male, healthy, complete, no chronic diseases
Have listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English at a polite communication level.
