Personal Assistant to CEO
บริษัท ครีม คอเปอร์เรชั่น จำกัด- Organize and oversee the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itinerary.
- Follow up on various tasks related to executives, including but not limited to their professional responsibilities and personal matters.
- Act as the CEO's first point of contact, managing incoming communications with clients, partners, and team members.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and proposals for the CEO.
- Plan, coordinate, and arrange travel itineraries, meetings, and conference calls.
- Handle confidential information and act with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Support the CEO in managing deadlines and priorities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Liaise with senior executives, board members, and other key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to help the CEO's decision-making.
- Assist the CEO with personal tasks as required.
- New graduates are welcome with outstanding skills and strong growth potential.
- 2-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, secretary or other similar roles will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive problem solving-skills with effective decision making.
- Strong computer literacy particularly in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
