Business Analyst

1.Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

-Translate client needs into clear and actionable requirements for System Analysts, and development teams.

- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions and their alignment with business objectives.

2. Process Mapping & Documentation:

- Develop process flows, business use cases, and functional requirements to support project execution.

- Document project deliverables, workflows, and communication plans for seamless collaboration.

- Maintain up-to-date records of requirements, changes, and project outcomes.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in technology-driven environments or sustainability-focused projects.

- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data analytics tools, or sustainability reporting solutions is a plus.

- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements documentation.

- Basic understanding of cloud technologies, data integration, and system workflows is a bonus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex projects.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
