Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy

Market Development & Customer Relations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector, focusing on workshops, distributors, and fleet operators.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery to drive retention and business growth.
• Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Product Knowledge & Market Analysis
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio and industry developments to provide tailored solutions for customers.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the company's offerings.
