Junior Sales Consultant – ERP Software

- Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Product Presentation: Present, demonstrate, and promote products/services to clients.
- Negotiate Deals: Engage in negotiations to close sales and secure contracts.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and address customer inquiries and issues.
- Report: Prepare regular sales reports and keep management informed of sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Internships or part-time roles in software sales, IT consulting, or ERP-related fields are highly desirable.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology and sales are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of ERP software and its applications in business processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team.
Industry Knowledge:
- Interest in or basic knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) that ERP systems support.
- Awareness of industry trends in ERP software and technology.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages are a plus, depending on your target market.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or training.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
