Sales Associate (Hotel Tech)
Saphan Solutions Company Limited- Demonstrate and present our software to potential clients, effectively answering any questions
- Conduct outbound sales efforts to identify leads within the hotel industry
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, working with them to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continually improve our products and services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide feedback to the team to improve our sales strategy and product offerings
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent our startup and promote our products and service
- Passion for hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to start from scratch and make sales happen
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Corporate/B2B sales experience with success in acquiring customers
- Tech-savvy and quick learner
- Service-oriented mindset for exceptional customer experiences
- Proficient in English with a positive attitude towards learning and growth
