Create and execute procedures to ensure product quality, compliance with industry standards, and customer requirements.
Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure conformity with quality standards.
Inspect products at various stages (incoming, in-process, and final) to identify any quality issues.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product defects or failures to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions.
Analyze data to detect potential quality issues and trends.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet company quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer-specific requirements.
Maintain records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Provide training on quality control standards and procedures to production staff.
Compile reports on quality performance metrics and communicate findings to management.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
Understanding of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Team-building and management capabilities.
English, Can speak Chinese preferred
