Responsible for quality management of optical communication products, ensuring that products meet customer and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality control processes and improvement measures, driving continuous optimization of the quality management system.
Manage and coordinate the quality team, guiding team members in quality inspections, analysis, and reporting.
Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis of quality issues, and propose solutions.
Work closely with R&D, production, and supply chain departments to ensure quality control at each stage.
Participate in supplier evaluation and quality audits to ensure suppliers meet quality requirements.
Prepare and report quality data, conducting monthly or quarterly quality analysis reports.
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronics, Optical Communications, or related fields.
7-15 years of quality management experience, with at least 5 years of direct experience in the electronics or optical communication industry.
Familiar with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and related quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.).
Experience in team management, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for communication with cross-departmental and international teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and coordination abilities.
