หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate and manage technicians to complete daily production line tasks and changeover debugging according to the plan;

2.Follow up on production line equipment efficiency, line balancing, parts wastage rate, and formulate SOPs for equipment operation;

3.Assist in analyzing and handling abnormal issues on the production line;

4.Formulate equipment maintenance and inspection plans, implement them, and repair frequently occurring equipment failures;

5.Manage the procurement and reporting of consumable parts;

6.Responsible for collecting information on new equipment, evaluating its introduction, and setting it up after arrival;

7.Conduct skill training and assessments for production line technicians and operators

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical Automation, or related fields; at least 5 years of experience in SMT, including 3 years in a similar role;

Ability to withstand certain work pressure, open to working night shifts if required during mass production;

Familiar with programming, changeover debugging, and maintenance of ASM or FUJI placement machines;

Familiar with KY or Pemtron SPI and AOI, X-Ray, Underfill, PCBA cleaning equipment, etc.;

Possess some ability in analyzing and improving production line quality issues;

Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint;

Clear logic, good communication skills, teamwork abilities; strong learning ability, hands-on skills, practical work style; highly responsible, cheerful personality, honest and trustworthy, proactive
