Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality training experiences.
Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment within the training team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with departmental managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure that training programs address these needs effectively.
Work closely with HR to integrate training initiatives with performance management and career development processes.
Training Evaluation:

Language and Communication:
