หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Training Program Development:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the manufacturing sector.

Evaluate training needs and develop targeted training strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.

Training Management:

Oversee and manage the training function, including scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training sessions.

Ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives, and meet regulatory and industry standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to deliver high-quality training experiences.

Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment within the training team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with departmental managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure that training programs address these needs effectively.

Work closely with HR to integrate training initiatives with performance management and career development processes.

Training Evaluation:

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluation results and industry best practices.

Language and Communication:

Deliver training programs in both Chinese and Thai, ensuring clear and effective communication with all employees.

Provide support and guidance in both languages to address any training-related inquiries.

คุณสมบัติ

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within a large organization (1,000+ employees). Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Languages:

Fluency in Chinese and Thai (both spoken and written) is required.

Skills:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using training software and tools.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
