- Managed and supervised electrical construction works by design specifications, project plans, and scheduled timelines.
- Could you coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project owners to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of the project?
- Inspect the quality of electrical installations, including materials and equipment used, to ensure compliance with engineering standards and company requirements.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and continuously monitor the progress of the project.
- Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports, summarize project progress, and present visual reports to stakeholders.
- Summarize and prepare daily work reports for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in construction project management.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Experience in supervising factory construction projects (2-4 projects).
- Possess a valid Electrical Engineer License (Associate Engineer level); holding a Professional Engineer license will be an advantage.
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and other construction-related software.
- Experience in supervising power plant or substation construction projects is a plus.
- Willing to travel and work upcountry (provincial areas).
- Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude, honesty, strong work ethics, teamwork skills, responsibility, and enthusiasm for work.
- Immediate availability to start work will be an advantage.
- Age 27 years and above.
