EHS Executive (Safety Officer)

We are looking for a Safety Officer for Site Project on short term contract, and EHS Executive for full-time permanent position. 

• Develop and implement site - specific safety operations and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on the site project to identify and ensure compliance with customer's safety regulations.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment is provided, maintained, and used correctly all personnel on site regulations and factory operations.
• Identify potential assess the risk associated with different activities on site project and operations.
• Develop and implement measures to mitigates identified risks, ensuring that safety precautions are in place and followed.
• Organize and conduct safety training session for all levels, including new employee orientation, refreshment, and specific training direct/related to work on height, installation equipment, on site project regulation.
• Ensure and promote safety awareness, health and environmental among all project personnel, employees including subcontractors, toolbox talks, safety meeting, on site at customer's site and regulations and other initiatives.
• Investigate all incidents, accident and near-miss in own operations and on the project site to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and safety-related, ensuring timely activities, reporting to management team and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and customer international safety regulations standards, including occupational health and safety laws. Liaise with government and regulatory bodies as required to maintain Compliance.
• Emergency Preparedness, Documentation and Reporting to develop, maintain, conduct, prepare and submit as regulatory safety report to management and project management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentations of safety inspection, audits, training, and incidents with continuing.
• Action follows assignment on EHS.

• Age 30 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science.
• Certification in Safety management (in Thailand industrial practice) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in a safety role, preferably in, Automation Machine Installation for Food Industry manufacturing, and work in height and transport equipment's.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulation and standards applicable to Machine built and Installation projects.
• Very good in communication, interpersonal, training, and influence skills.
• Certificate understanding and internal auditing required for ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001:2015 
• Fluent in command of English communication.
• Able to work in Ban Bueng, Chonburi and Eastern Seaboard, Rayong.
