Responsibilities 1. Plan, manage, control and inspect the maintenance process to meet the specified standards. To meet the needs of customers in terms of quality, cost, quantity and delivery time.
2. Define strategy for managing all projects Details of operations throughout the project
3. Analyze time, cost, benefits of the project and techniques and methods used in project operations
4. Identify and select the necessary resources for each part of the project to enable the project to be operational (equipment, tools, machines, manpower, sub-contract)
5. Coordinate with Customer other Team and Sub-Contract to ensure the smooth operation of all Customer projects and achieve goals efficiently
6. Build skills and leadership for supervisors at all levels. To make every project go well under the responsibility of leaders at each level
7. Solve problems, control, supervise, remove and install work. Inspection and maintenance of equipment, Control System & Instrumentation, Control valve and other equipment associated According to plan
8. Monitor and evaluate the progress of the project and report the performance to various departments, both outside and within the organization, to know the progress and obstacles in the project implementation.
9. Plan, control, and inspect the operations regarding safety, hygiene and working environment of the employees.
10. Support the team for training. Continuously develop work potential.
