Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production performance
- Support on material preparation (PU, TPU, Adhesive and Primer, Release agent, Color Paste, etc.)
- Support on making introduction of new materials to the production team.
- Follow up on PSA calibrations (material/color pumps) according to production quality sole procedure.
- Organize, monitor, control color & PU preparation process control document.
- Prepare working instruction and guidelines for PU team.
- Follow up and report about PU, color paste and release agent consumption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Experience in factory a least 1-2 years
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English
- Positive thinking and can do attitude and ability to work under pressure and competitive
- Interpersonal skills proactive and positive thinking, and well organized.
