Time and leave attendance matter
• Manage all time and leave issue for monthly payroll pay out.
• Handle of changing work schedule for all employees weekly basic.
• Edit & key in -out of time clock for employees who miss to clock in-out or loss employee ‘s badge and
• Key in Overtime of employees in case department forgot to do or urgent request.
• All report concern time & leave (Absent daily, quota AL, AL balance, MBR & Absenteeism report, working hour report)
• Calculate bonus score
Employee Relations, Employee discipline and Corporate Responsibility.
• Provide good employee relations both between peers and between superiors and subordinates
• Enforce discipline, and ensure compliance with our rules and regulations are recognized and deviations countered by corrective measures
• Issue warning letter to employee who are absent or misconduct and record properly
• Support and participate in monthly activity for employee every month to create a sense of belonging and a family-like atmosphere.
Employee & Employee’s Family Death Benefits
• For employee’s family, collect and verify received documents of eligible employee weekly. (Refer to announcement)
• Coordinate with finance department in order to get employees paid on time.
• Inform and make sure employees well received as per schedule.
• Summary report by monthly to supervisor
• Being a representative of company to participate employee’s funeral.
Cremation Club:
• Collect and verify documents weekly of eligible employee
• Coordinate with finance department in order to get employees paid on time.
• Inform and make sure employees well received as per schedule.
• Send summary report by monthly to supervisor
Company Awards
• Responsible for company award with regards to employee relation and welfare benefits award such as the award of Excellent company in Employee Relation & Welfare Benefits and Drug free factory award and so on.
Other assignments
Work on any assignments within HRR function as assigned by superior
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- 5+ years of experience in related work function
- SAP or ERP user experience will be advantage
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formula)
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills with people in difference level
- Able to communicate basic English
- Able to work at Ayutthaya province (Monday - Friday)
