หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments
Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders at all levels
Manage project scope, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact deadlines
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports
Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, making adjustments as needed
Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
5+ years of project management experience
PMP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of project management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
