- Analyze and resolve complex individual tickets of Mobile Banking system,iBanking/Biz iBanking system.
- Create Knowledge with repeatable procedures.
- Conduct and co-ordinate infra structure change.
- Co-ordinate and manage new features/interfaces monitoring.
- Capacity and storage planning.
- New tools supporting: TMX, Akamai (Capacity planning ,Account management).
- Deployment and support: New Mobile application on App store/Play store, Term & Condition
- Bachelor/Master Degree in IT/ Engineer/Computer Science or related fields.
- Drive for success.

Technical Skill
- Have some basic concept of IT infrastruture (Database, Operating System, Network).
- Good knowledge on various computer programming languages such SQL, .Net etc.
