• Monitor and manage all accounting operations (transaction & system) of BBC, Pickwicks and Mercantile.
• Be responsible for all statutory reports in compliance with local regulations & accounting standards, including financial audit reports.
• Be responsible for interpretation of monthly management accounts and reports.
• Oversee all tax matters of the subsidiaries within the company.
• Be responsible for sales analysis & cash/debtor collection. Enforcement of Credit Policy.
• Be responsible for all payment processes.
• Monitor all company assets, including insurance & security arrangements.
• Be responsible for cash flow plan, including forecasting & monitoring the plan vs actual deliver.
• Monthly/ quarterly / yearly tax filings (FCT/ VAT/ PIT/ CIT/ statistic report/ others) in compliance with current tax regulations/ Thailand Accounting Standard.
• Be responsible for managing and reviewing OVH budgets for efficiency/ cost-reduction.
- Accounting background and at least 5 years of experience of General Accountant or Finance Manager role
- SAP experience
- English: Business level
- Prefer in FMCG / F&B section
- Express accounting system experience
- Preferred audit background
