Restaurant Manager

- Ensure all products are prepared and ready for sale, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Set up and maintain coffee machines and shots to ensure smooth service.
- Update and maintain SOPs for recipes, service protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise, schedule, and train staff, delegating small tasks to juniors to foster growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with chefs and baristas to develop menu plans and improve offerings.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to team members.
Sales & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve KPIs.
- Develop and execute promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
- Plan, organize, and execute workshops and events to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Collect and analyze customer data to understand preferences and improve loyalty and satisfaction.
Cost & Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and optimize supplier relationships to minimize costs.
- Conduct regular audits to prevent waste and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Track sales, costs, and profitability, contributing to budget management and reporting.
- Identify and propose improvements across operations, including customer service, product offerings, and workflows.
- Resolve operational or staff-related issues promptly and effectively.
