Business Development Manager
GMTX CO., LTD.Project Planning and Execution : You will be responsible for strategizing and executing business development projects, including market research, lead generation, and partnership development to drive revenue growth.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : Addressing client needs, resolving challenges in the sales process, and making informed decisions to accelerate business growth and overcome obstacles.
Collaboration with Cross-Fuctional Teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to allign business development efforts with overrall company goals and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Leadership and Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, and leading by example to inspire high performance and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Identifying opportunities for streamlining operations, implementing innovative strategies, and driving continuous improvement in business development processes.
Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and leveraging technical knowledge to address customer inquiries and facilitate sales processes effectively.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Additional certifications in Sales or business development are a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory frameworks within the Sales & Marketing industry.
Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles withim the Sales & Marketing sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in software data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, strategic thinking. adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in similar industries, companies, or project types to bring diverse perspectives to the role.
- Holding advanced certifications in sales strategies, leadership training, or specialized education in business development.
- Familiarity with emerging trends, AL toots, automation, or industry-specific technologies to drive innovation in business development processes.
- Demonstrated experience with scaling operations, expanding into global markets, or driving process improvements for business growth.
- Participation in industry conferences, speaker panels, or having published works that showcase thought leadership in the field.
- Additional foreign language proficiency if required for global collaboration and client interactions.
