- Set daily/Weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Biology / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Biochemistry field
- Knowledge and Skill in Biotechnology / Cell Culture / Protein Purification / Chromatography Technique are advantage.
- Skill in Microsoft Office / Outlook.
- Able to work shift work.
