- Manage QA/QC Department to achieve company goal in part of quality assurance/quality system.
- Coordinate with custumer to update current information and new proposals for developing raw materials, production processes, and machinery.Monitor, improve, and resolve issues that occur in the production process.
- Ensure that Project Quality Plan and procedures are followed.
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures and techniques
- Implement and maintain QC/QA system following ISO9001 & TS16949.
- Control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in QA/QC Function and Automotive parts
- Familiarity with acceptance sampling techniques and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Knowledge of QC 7 tools and related quality control practices.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing
