RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, review and/or update inspection SOP, Work Instruction, Checklist, control plan or special inspection instructions (SII) and ensure all documents are updated
• Ensure that quality management meets to API Q2 or customer specified requirement
• Conduct training on quality control standards and practices to inspectors and technicians
• Report on quality trends, issues, and process improvements to management.
• Develop and implement quality standards and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis during an occurrence of issue to identify causes
• Identify and analyse quality problems. Liaise with internal departments, customer and vendors to work on problem solving
• Handle complaints related to quality issues and ensure that complaints are being investigated with corrective and preventive action carried out
• Continuously monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance to Quality Management System
• Create Quality Inspection Test Plan per Engineering Data Sheet and Contract
• Ensure all measuring, monitoring and testing equipment are in working condition and within calibration period
• Ensuring all product quality, process quality and system quality conform to customers’ specifications and internal quality system requirements
• Direct QC activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
